VOA's Rainbow Coalition Is Open To All Because of that, we will have to ask you to allow us to see what you want to post, look at your pictures and websites to make sure they are not offensive to anyone here, or that they do not link to anything offensive. We also ask that you add a link to our website on your website. We would love to have pictures of you and your family, so feel free to send them in as well. However, make sure they are good pictures. Please read the following terms and conditions before you fill in the email request. That will make our life easier and keep you from being disappointed. No need to spend time filling our a request form if you are not going to adhere to the terms and conditions. I am sure you all understand so thank you beforehand.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING YOUR SUBMISSION. Terms & Conditions: 1. All entries will be thoroughly considered and reviewed to determine its appropriateness for being posted. If it is appropriate, the owner will be notified, if it is not, the owner will be notified as well. 2. All posting must fulfill the requirements for posting. I.E. pictures must not be offensive or graphically hurtful. That is, you should be able to show that picture or website to your great great grandmother. If you feel ashamed in anyway, rethink it. It will not be posted so don't waste your time, when you could send us a perfectly appropriate link or picture. 3. No links or pictures that are offensive in nature. That is; nudity, pornography, racial profiling, harmful or hurtful behavior displayed in photo against humans and/or animals is strictly prohibited and will not be considered. 4. Pictures submitted depicting your participation at a VOA event can be entered in our monthly contest. Please request that your picture be entered into the contest. 5. Periodically, there will be Best VOARC website award. So for folks who are web techies, this will be a great time to send a link to your web site. You will get an award for the best VOARC website to be posted on your website. 6. Links will only be posted, after a link to the VOA website is place on your webpage. Be patient with us as we review your site and then add your link to our website. 7. Anyone who wishes to post a link to their website or send in a picture must be at least 14 years of age. Anyone younger than that must receive written permission from their parents. This written permission must be snail mailed to VOA headquarters. Now we are not the LPD, or the FBI, we are counting on your honesty. If we find out that you were not honest, we will remove your information indefinitely. 8. Pictures can be no larger than 35kb and in jpeg format. If you have a large picture, use your picture editor to decrease the size of the photo. Please label and date your photo and send along with your e-mail address. No picture will be posted without this information. We need your contact information so that we can keep you up to date on current contests that we may be running. 9. Photos will be rotated with the earliest photo at the top. To save our bandwidth we will have to limit the number of pictures we will be able to display. 10. Please copy this code into your webpage to add our link to your website.
